I came by during my lunch break and waited 30min before they were able to get to my car. The other bay already pulled in the guy that came after me. No one came over to tell me any updates about what was taking so long or how long it would be. After 30min of waiting the car in front of me finally left. I noticed how inexperienced Amberneisha was with the car in front of me and how she kept ducking her head into the driver window I assume she was trying to reset the maintenance light but didn’t know how. When it was my turn she was moving so slowly and I realized it would probably take her much longer than 15min to do an oil change because she probably needed someone to talk her through it. She proceeded to take about my window wipers but idk why she couldn’t start the oil changing process before trying to haggle money out of me. When I said I had to go back to work before we got started she looked bewildered that I was on my lunch break. I bet she’s probably good but it didn’t come off that way
