Purchased a goupon coupon for a $79.99 synthetic oil change. When checked out was billed an additional $40 for synthetic oil change. This was our first attempt at using a Groupon based on a referral from friend but it wasn't worth it. In all sincerety I don't know if it's a Groupon issue or Valvoline issue but certainly didn't get the benefit as the oil change ended up costing retail in the long run. Too busy to really worry with it or try to figure it out. Lesson learned.

I really appreciated and value the check point systems in place assuring that all bolts, caps and filters were returned as well as secured. I usually have concerns leaving vehicle service establishments thinking something may be loose and cause a greater problem.I was heading to a different establishment, saw your billboard, recognized the old Enterprise Rental building and was pleasantly surprised as I didn't have to go the farther distance for what I needed.
