Steven was the manager on duty and he was very welcoming, seemed very knowledgeable on the services offered, and passionate about the work he does. Steven went out of his way to call me by name the every time we spoke and was very courteous in the way he spoke to me. He also went out of his way to teach the 2 other younger techs working on my car that day. One of them didnu2019t know how to reset my oil % and instead of doing it himself, he brought her over and showed her how to do it.
