I enter bay area, stay in car while oil is changed, tire pressure is checked and pay for service, then exit the bay area with a friendly thank you. Could not be any better!

Brought my own oil and filter. Price quoted 45.00. That’s fair. Then I asked about spin on fuel filter because I had my own he said it would be 10.00 more ok that’s fair when they finished handed me the bill it was 149.00 dollars I said that’s a little high he said I must of not heard him correctly it was 99.00 to change my fuel filter take off spin on plastic cap pull out filter drop new one in. Less than 4 min what it took. That’s about 4000.00 dollars an hour. Pretty high labor rate you think.
