There was one tech that brought us in and he had the nastiest attitude ever when asking the spelling of my name he said brooks I said itu2019s crook and spelled it out for him phonetically because it was kinda loud he didnu2019t even acknowledge what I was saying also I presented him a coupon I had and asked if I use that now or at the end and he didnu2019t acknowledge me saying that either anytime he was near my vehicle he avoided any eye contact and if he spoke it was very brief and with an attitude he is by far the worst tech Iu2019ve seen in any oil change business
