Fast service. They tell you what needs to be replaced. I needed a new battery but I wasn't going to pay over 150 dollars for them to do it.

I went to this Valvoline for the first time on October 5th, 2026. The young men were nice. Got an oil change that was $65 (with a coupon). My car immediately began to have problems with my air going in and out and my oil light also was still coming on and going back off after about 5 seconds. My car then began to make an odd noise the next day which was Tuesday. The following day on Wednesday my grandfather decided to check my oil level due to the odd noise and discovered that there was ZERO oil in my car. It was BONE DRY. I made a claim with valvoline. After further investigation and more money spent on oil myself it was discovered that my oil filter was not properly tightened. I then called the claims department myself to let them know what we discovered. While on the call with the claims department a young man called back and told me they would have to decline my claim due to it being a small leak before hand. In his words a SMALL leak. So how does a car be bone dry due to a small leak two days after an oil change? I was told that I would get a call back for a free oil change however I have not received that yet. I also have not been told that I would receive the extra $60 that I spent on oil after their mess up!! If there is any information on who I can talk to about this ridiculous situation someone please let me know. As bad as the economy is it is distasteful that this company is messing over customers this way.

PRICE TRANSPARENCY. $72.00 for conventional oil change is outrageous. Competitor prices for same service $39-44.00. Attendant was careful to point out all of your other services price advantages over dealership charges but no mention of the nearly 100% increase of your oil change services.
