The staff improved by 100% from my last visit, but it still took about 30 minutes for just the oil change. Now, they did have 4 cars in the bay at one time and they were constantly working. But definitely not done in 15 minutes.

My intake air filter cover was not reinstalled correctly. 2 out of the 6 screws that were screwed back in missed the hole completely causing damage to the bottom and top air intake filter cover/casing. The top air intake cover is not flushed allowing more air to pulled in than needed potentially causing other problems with the engine!
