My wife brought the car in for an oil change. You sold her that she needed a tire rotation for 45 bucks. She didn’t know, but in fact we did not need a tire rotation, i had put the tires on less than 2 months ago. Then you broke the lug stud, and we lost the car for an afternoon and had to spend even more money on ubers to and from the repair shop. So basically the oil change ended up costing double and we lost an afternoon dealing with it.
