My front headlight was out. I asked the team member there how a new bulb would cost to replace. He specifically said $15 prior to any work starting. I agreed and told him yes change the headlight bulb. After he changes it and rings me up for the oil change he says the headlight bulb change is $25. I told him that is not what he I totally told me before doing any work. He said he couldn’t do anything about the price. The price is the price. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager same as the person helping me (Jayden) said the same thing. The manager kept telling me it only $10 more. The point isn’t about the money. I was told one price before I agreed to the work and then a completely different price after the work started. They both gave me a lot of attitude and rolled their eyes. He said he can remove the charge light bulb. I agreed and told him to put the old one back in. This was the single worst experience I have had with Valvoline.
