During a routine oil change the technician indicated that I needed work on my rear diff and it just so happens that it's a service they provide. I just happened to have an appointment scheduled for service somewhere I trust (a certified Mazda service center) so I waited for a second opinion. During this scheduled service, my trusted mechanic told me that the rear diff needed no service at all. The valvoline tech waa either attempting to dishonestly upsell me, was incompetent, or both. Either way, my business will be going elsewhere.

I was advised of the services recommended and, where possible, the last time the service had been performed. All services were completed quickly and efficiently.
