Where should I begin? I went in after purchasing my vehicle from a dealer and the oil light went on the moment I turned the key on. The young man who directed me in was so pleasant (unusual in this day- I am 81 and it's not often you see this in young people today not even the gas station I go to once a week!) They checked the oil and said that it looked like it would be ok for awhile- that the dealer must have forgotten to change the warning light when the car was delivered a few days ago. It would be best to go back and have them do it since they had not put a new sticker on either. So I did. well, Gervais in Lowell, MA does not look at the car they are selling when you are buying it after you have leased it.Nor would they help without an appointment and paying for the oil change! I know Mass car laws state "as is" for personal sales, but not dealerships. I left the dealership and drove back to the Valvoline spot I had left an hour before (331 Great Road Bedford MA). They were just as polite as they were the first time I was there earlier and I had my car serviced. Yes I will be back I have a 2nd and 3rd car! It's nice to know where to go in the future & where to.send others

This was the BEST service experience I’ve had at Valvoline. This location used to be a Jiffy Lube and I had a really bad experience there so nervous to go back thinking it might have been a buyout with the same staff, but this was a new staff and they were excellent! I’ve never experienced the level of listening, communication and customer care during a routine car service and I’m approaching 50! I will do as much of my routine service at this location as possible.

The employees were very pleasant. One encouraged me to get two services and once I agreed, he then told me they don't carry the fluid required to do this service on a BMW. I feel he should have known this. This is my second time to this location - I understand it is new, but both times I have felt the knowledge of the employees to be less than i have experienced in the Burlington store where I had been going prior to this location opening. I want to love this location as it is in my community and I am all about supporting my local places. I think it will get there with time and experience of this young staff. Again - very pleasant environmnet.
