Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is the place for an oil change. They don't try to gouge you with parts that still have life. Nice people! I am sold!

My visit was for an oil change. Dan, Jeff, and Kelley were so friendly and helpful; Dan noticed my worn wipers and let me know wiper replacement was a service they offered. I didn't know that, and YES, my wipers were awful and I hadn't taken the time to get them changed out becz I thought that meant an extra stop. The entire team was professional and friendly and efficient and the visit took ten minutes. Give them a try!

Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my most recent visit to a Valvoline location. I live in Massachusetts and have been a loyal Valvoline customer for nearly two years. Every winter, I make sure all of my vehicles are properly prepared, and over the last two days alone, I spent nearly $1,000 on oil changes and fluid replacements for all four of my cars. I have receipts and proof of these services. In the past, I have consistently received excellent service at the Valvoline Burlington location, which is why I trusted Valvoline with all of my vehicles. Unfortunately, my most recent visit at a different Valvoline location was extremely disappointing. During this visit, the staff only performed the oil change and failed to complete basic checks that are normally part of the service, including tire air pressure, lights, and windshield inspection. One of my tires was left without proper air. When I attempted to address this issue with the manager, Jeff, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, I was told to wait again for over 45 minutes because there were two cars ahead of me. Given that the issue was caused by Valvoline staff, this response was unacceptable. As a result, I chose to leave. I am very disappointed that after nearly two years of loyalty, this situation was handled so poorly. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using Valvoline’s services. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and quality control moving forward.
