I normally do not complainm but when I was being told the cost and was read the total, I mentioned I have a coupon. When the person took the coupon and went back to change the price she made the remark "I need to know about this sooner". I am not sure when I was supposed to mention it. I have gone to other Valvoline locations and I have always done it this way without issue. It didn't look like it was a big deal to add the coupon after I was read the total. I was not asked about coupons nor was it explained when I should have mentioned I had a coupon.
