The only favorable experience was the speed. Everything else was awful. The price was exorbitant. Easily twice what I would have expected to pay. The technicians had virtually no clue. The had difficulty beginning at opening my hood. Draining the oil properly. Never asked me about synthetic oil. I had a coupon, but it didn't matter-they had credited a discount before I gave them a coupon. Apparently coupons are just a scam. My engine air filter was mildly dirty and suggested I replace it-I declined. The cabin air filter was gross-so I said sure. Not realizing that I was paying a 300% premium. AutoZone has them at $19.99. They flew through designed check systems without actually checking process for which the manager openly scolded them.When it came time to pay, I was charged excessive tax. Every attempt to question was met with blank stares. Under no circumstances would I ever return to this or any Valvoline. Every aspect of this experience was AWFUL.

Friendly staff and considering that we arrived shortly before closing time AND on a Saturday, my husband and I were warmly welcomed. Though it was late in the day, staff didn't seem to mind and took there time in talking to us and in changing our oil. There was no excessive rushing around just to get it done. We were very satisfied and we will be back.
