Upon arrival I was greeted by the on duty manager Sam Kuy who introduced himself and engaged me in helpful, friendly conversation regarding the immediate needs of my vehicle - an oil change - as well as general topics. He coached and helped the tech, who appeared to be new to the business, as the tech went about his duties of servicing my vehicle. Sam explained the difference between Valvoline and the former oil change (Jiffy Lube) in a matter-of-fact manner without bashing the competition. He (Sam) appeared to be a nice 'regular guy', someone you'd like as your neighbor. He is a wonderful ambassador for Valvoline. I will definitely be returning to his shop. : )
