I found out by looking at my invoice that I have a heavy oil leak and a heavy transmission fluid leak. No one mentioned this to me while my car was being serviced. I had my mechanic confirm the oil leak but no transmission leak was found. I was also handed the sticker with the updated mileage at the end and I had to replace the old sticker myself. I was also not assisted with resetting my oil light. Very disappointed with the service that I received.

This was my third time at Valvoline instant oil change. It was a little busy so it was about 15 minutes . As well as my oil change I needed a cabin filter and they showed me mine which was dirty and I got that changed as well. Very satisfied. My dealer sends me postcards for discount or even free oil changes but it will mean probably 2 hours of hanging around there. For this reason I am willing to pay a little more.
