I've been coming to this Valvoline for quite some time now just to get my oil change or handle any simple car maintenance however the team at this location are so helpful and friendly they fixed my skid plate after the blizzard had bent it and even when all the mechanics in the area refused to even look at it without an appointment. Thank you so much Kevin and everyone else at the Brookline location for helping a girl out!

Predatory behavior by Massachusetts staff. My elderly father went in for an $80 oil change, He had a $15 off coupon. He left, after being pressured into having multiple filters changed, with a $300+ bill. We are filing a complaint but BE WARNED. Inexcusable behavior to target and take advantage of elderly folks trying to get oil changed. Upsells are one thing -- but this was sustained pressure to allow overpriced and unnecessary additional services when client made it clear all he wanted was an oil change. DO NOT USE VALVOLINE
