Good Day- About 24 hours after my visit to this location, I heard something dragging under my car. I stopped in a parking lot and noticed that the skid plate was loose and dragging on the ground. Fortunately I was on Montvale Avenue in Woburn (about a mile from another Valvoline location). After about a 5-7 minute wait, they were able to locate a bolt that fit my car and resecured the skid plate. Up until this visit, I was happy with the Brookline location. Hopefully, next time, they will ensure the skid plate bolt is secure before I leave.
