The small older man who seems to be the boss there -2485 Mass Ave Cambridge - is insufferable. He is arrogant, yelling at employees in front of customers, tries to force unnecessary purchases on the customer . I had to raise my voice telling him not to speak to me like that and stop adding stuff to the bill that he didn't tell me in advance how much they cost. Such as air filter . I am sure I didn’t need it after 3 months and he changed it anyway. When I complained, he aggressively tried to put back the old filter and talked to
Me like I am his dog. He lied about my car needing a transmission fluid change for $220 (I went to two different shops afterwards and they told me that I do not need it yet). He also said my back lightbulb is blown but his men couldnt change the light bulb , they said they can’t take out the light fixture. Incompetent much ? He has zero customer service manners. Should be fired.

Within 20 minutes of having the oil changed, the "Check engine" light came on. I went to a certified mechanic, and they think that the oil could be the problem. I am having my mechanic change the oil again to see if this clears the problem
