I arrived at 12:30 PM, but unfortunately, no one was available to service my vehicle. I decided to leave and have lunch, returning about an hour later. By then, the crew was working on several vehicles.
I was charged $111.99 for a synthetic oil change, even though the price clearly advertised on a poster inside the shop was significantly lower.
When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that the "new price" was due to rising gas prices. I explained to the attendant that, regardless of fluctuations in gas prices, customers should be charged the advertised price. If prices have increased, the posted prices should be updated accordingly.
I understand that the attendant was likely not responsible for setting the prices, so I chose not to argue further. I paid the bill and left.
However, I find this practice misleading and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparent pricing, and businesses should honor their advertised rates. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I seriously doubt I will return for future service.

My son went to have an oil change and tire rotation service. Days later, the front drivers side tire came off while driving sending the car over a curb causing extensive damage to the car. Valvoline has taken zero responsibility for this and refused to compensate! Horrible company and we were customers for years. Will never return nor will we recommend.
