Upon arrival the technician informed me I was too early for my oil change. I was going by the mileage on the sticker from last oil change. I really appreciate the honesty as they could have just gone along and did an oil change, I wouldn’t know any better.

the service person I dealt with (Orlando) was very friendly and polite. He talked about the services that my car was recommended for and told me the price and how the procedure is done. He didn't do any pressure to get them done at that time but said when I could afford them I could come back and they could do them without any problem. I will definitely return for all my oil changes and the recommended services when I can. I highly recommend this service facility and Orlando as the service rep.

I was greeted with a smile, I went right in the bay, introduced to the mechanic , he explained I was early on my oil change because I get synthetic oil. He asked if I wanted everything checked and he would top off if needed..He told me the price to top off and did show me the dip stick too.. it was very Pleasant experience and when I left she waved and said a nice compliment! I will keep going back it’s quick and I don’t even have to get out of the car.. plus I trust Valvoline specialist that they are not going to rip me off… I will keep coming back.. love the coupons too 😊
