I asked for the air in my tires to be checked and they only checked half the tires. They also didn't show me my air filter, I know it's been a couple changes since I had it changed and would have liked to see how it dirty it is

Was dissatisfied because, if I didnu2019t ask them to check the pressure on my tires they would have just continued in their little group chatting instead of following through with what is part of the oil change and this isnu2019t the first time this has happened. 2). When they showed me the oil stick the oil was clean. However, it wasnu2019t up to the full mark. It was short on oil, so again had to ask him if he is going to fill it to where itu2019s should be. 3). When asked about checking the windshield fluid he did check but he barely put any windshield fluid.

I don't believe they performed all the maintenance checks that they checked off, I know for sure they didn't check tire pressure. As for the other checks I can't be sure but the employee didn't appear to spend even two minutes under the hood. I have been to this location many times and never felt this way before, staff was always much more engaged.
