Horrible... they forgot to tighten up the heat shield underneath my car when they took the oil out and after I drove off from their establishment I heard scraping and weird sounds happening that I thought something was seriously wrong with my car but the noise was coming from the shield that they neglected to put back correctly. This event ruined the rest of my day I thought it was a CV joint something major was going on with my engine I had called my dealership to make an appointment. He advised not to drive the car. I was calling AAA to come get my car and then my brother ended up going underneath the car and found out that the shield that they had to taken off to drain the oil was not put back properly and it wasn't a fixed correctly and that's the sound that I heard the rattling of The Shield sounded like something was dragging and I seriously thought something was wrong with my engine.
