As a woman with a car, it can be tough to find a place for service where I don't feel pressured to make certain fixes, even though I know what I'm coming in for. The gentlemen were great it turned out some critters left a nest in my cabin filter,he removed the nest and vacuumed out the rest of the junk. He suggested I put dryer sheets into the glove compartment. Which I did as soon as I got home.I hope no more critters move into my car but it was great that the technicians knew just how to handle the problem and changed my oil also. The price was very reasonable.I will recommend every car, or truck owner to go to Valvoline, for oil changes.The gentlemen were at the Framingham, Valvoline in Massachusetts.Thanks so much!
