When I arrived, I was told that the wait to start service was 20 minutes, but it took 45 minutes to get in. Once in I told the tech that I was in a tight timeline and only wanted an oil change and fluid/tire fill. I even said I can’t do the safety check. He continued to explain in detail each item that I could have done, but I kept saying I’m really on a tight timeline. When service finally finished and I paid they stayed under my car for a long time. I asked what was wrong and he said the oil spilled all over and they were trying to clean it up. It took a total of an hour and a half to get out and I almost missed my son’s hockey game start . I have been going here for years and will not stop but I felt that a little recognition of the issues and maybe a discount for my inconvenience would have been huge. Thank you for listening.

I tried you guys again. Waited over an hour. They out a sign on my car as #2. Had me move out of line for car #1. They had a car in the bay that they couldn’t help, but instead of gently moving her on, they spent 45mins looking up stuff on the internet. So car 3 and 4 were taken ahead of me. Don’t use the number system if you can’t support it! Not worth $120 spent when I can go to my regular mechanic and get the same thing for $95. The extra money paid should be for convenience, yet there was nothing convenient about this. You’ve got a few folks there just wondering around. It’s painful.
