The place was busy, but they got my car into the bay quickly. But I sat there there for at least 30-40 minutes before they even started my oil change. It took me about an hour altogether. The technician apologized, saying even though they had 3 bays, they only had two techs on, so they could only work on two cars at a time. Also, while I was sitting and waiting for service, I noticed one of the techs left and went across the street to the auto parts store and came back with a box for another car they were working on. The techs seemed to be working hard, but we're just short handed. As a result, they did not go over or offer any other services because they were just trying to get me out of there since it had taken an hour.

I pulled into the building and waited a half hour for someone to sever me and the person name ray was rude and asked if I wanted synthetic oil instead of conventional oil for my vehicle and was rude for the rest of the service and when is came to checking the air filter he took the one out of my vehicle placed it on my windshield and the new one then walked away and another person comes up 15 mins later while he was still in the bathroom and I said I will stick with the old filter and ray comes out the bathroom and on the phone texting someone and talking to a coworker after the other person puts the filter back and ray was still being rude to me

Manager followed up with my concerns down under he actually went down to check a problem. I do think they should introduce the attendants name as they are moving about even it name is on uniform.... as a teacher for 32 yrs it may behave the company to have managers say and introduce their name... I cannot compliment employee with no formal name introduction so to ghost manager thanks for your help!,.

No one could explain why a full synthetic oil change is only good for 3000 miles. For years it was 10,000 miles through Valvoline and manufacturers recommendation. Obviously you are offering 3000 miles only so that unsuspecting customers will get 3 oil changes within the time only 1 is required. Shame on all of you for taking advantage of customers who have been loyal to your company for years.

When the tech finally returned to me, he apologized for the delay, admitting that he doesn't know how to exit a conversation with someone who just keeps talking. In the end, I was in the bay 50 minutes before my service was completed.
