The associate went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and friendly. they did not pressure me to purchase an air filter after they checked it. there were no issues at all. its just a little too expensive which is not the employees fault.

The wait was longer than. normal due to multiple “newer” employees being training on the same day only allowing one car to be completed at once between the two bays. The ratio for senior techs vs newer employees needs to be greater to be able to teach the new guys as well as complete vehicles in a timely manner as it advertising all over the building about a 15 min oil change . When the tech says on arrival that it’s gonna 45-60 mins for an oil change it’s kind of false advertising. Don’t get me wrong I like the convenience of the drive through oil change but 60 minutes is ridiculous when it’s advertised for 15 minutes .
