Tire pressure was not checked even tho they asked if I wanted them to be checked and I said yes. Light signals not checked at all. And when doing the AC charge took over an hour and no one communicated what was happening just sitting in the car waiting.

They were very busy and it was very hot so I won't complain much lol. I realize that oil changes can be messy but there was a more of a mess from spillage not being wipe up left on our driveway the morning after that the landlord wasn't too happy about. Like I said I know it gets messy especially pulling filters on newer vehicles but... like I said it was hot and busy so let's call this an observation and not a complaint

They could be more efficient and knowledgeable or at least look like they are busy and know what they were doing. An hr waiting outside when there were 4 cars in bay when arrived; thatu2019s 30 mins each car on my side just to get into bay and my simple oil change was around 25 mins.

it took 1 hour and by the time I got there were only 2 cars on the right station and 1 car in front of me almost done with the services. I saw 3 cars on the left been serviced while I waited in the left lane because there was a new guy. Well, then they should have someone on the right to come and help so I am not waiting 1 hour.Also, apparently there was an issue with getting the oil out of my car and no one told me that. I was the one that literally had to go after the manager after asking many questions about what was going on.
