I only saw one man. He was in a big hurry. I'm pretty sure there was someone under the car. I know for sure they only checked my oil. Not any other liquids in the car. I was all set to pay for break fluid because I think the last time they said I needed it done. This guy said nothing. I left and noticed he did not replace the sticker saying when to come back for the next oil change. I went back 5 minutes later and he was no where to be found. Ugh. Someone else had to help me. Also my other biggest complaint is that I do not get a receipt for my oil change! If I'm paying over 100.00 for a service you should be able to afford a piece of paper for a receipt. I do not have a printer at home and am handicapped. I have to make a special trip to the library to use their computer to get your receipt. This is NOT RIGHT.
