My first oil change visit was very positive! The moment I mentioned to Christine that I was new to Valvoline, Freya (manager) came over and introduced himself and welcomed me in. Both of them did a great job of explaining what was happening throughout. My car had a bit more nuances that made the oil change process a bit more lengthy, but both associates were great at letting me know in advance. AS someone who knows zero about car maintenance, they did it in a way that was easy and understandable. I wish my dealer service center did the same!
