Throw out the vacuum oil removal system. It doesn't remove the sludge in the bottom of the oil pan. They removed and replaced the cabin air filter. My manual didn't even say how to so it. Good job!

I was told the three options/prices for oil change i asked for the lower price but somehow got the most $ one? He asked me and i told him i work remote and do not drive much so cheapest is best. He was friendly enough but guess he did not hear or understand me. I paid over $100 and wanted the cheaper one. My husband went a few weeks earlier and they did not have the air filter for his truck :(
