We have three vehicles in our large family. So, this was my 3rd trip in 3 days to the Milford Location. The first day was an oil change and new headlights on my Wife's 2019 Toyota Chr, day 2 my Sons 95 Mitsubishi 3000gt needed a coolant flush, and today day 3 Dad/Grampa needed his 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited oil change and new cabin filters installed. Kieran and Leighton provided SUPERIOR SERVICE throughout all 3 trips to the point this is our family car service center from now on I will not even consider going somewhere else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from the Whalen Family! :-)

I felt like there were staff just standing around chit chatting, I asked to have air put in my tires twice. The guy ringing me up seemed annoyed that I asked. My tire light was on and it was right before the big snow storm we just had. When they finally got around to "putting air" in, they didnt even do all my tires. I felt like they were rushing me out. I ended up having to stop someplace else and do it. I had my kid in the car and it was freezing out. The reason I go to your company cause you check all that for me. Otherwise I could simply go to a regular shop and pay a lot less and actually have my tires filled in needed. Really not happy with the customer service I recieved that day. I dont know if I will be coming back anytime soon if thats how you're going to be treating your customers and their cars especially before a bad winter storm
