Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This was my first time at Valvoline in Milford, MA. I have never stayed in my car for an oil change and I have to say the fact that I did stay in the car made me feel that the whole process was fast and for an anxious person like me that doesn’t like to go to dealerships anymore because they take your car and you’re sitting there for hours for an oil change and you have no idea what’s happening or are they even working on your car every time you ask it’s another 20 minutes another 30 minutes this made a whole lot of difference. The young man that helped me was Dan, and he was very courteous, very professional and polite. He showed me all the different recommendations and also asked me about the filter and my windshield wipers. He also suggested tire rotation. James made sure to show me the oil stick to show that it was showing full before I was all done. Dan also honored the coupon that I had gotten through Text Msg through Valvoline website. The whole experience was really pleasant. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back and bring our other car too.

Came here yesterday with my new (used) car and was met with kind friendly staff, quick, honest, efficient and i was on my way, they changed both air filters, fixed a lil light and checked my fluids, james and Wesley are great and ill definitely headed back when my subie needs more maintenence
