I was 3rd in line at 905 am in the center of 3 lanes to enter service area. One hour and fifteen minutes later, at 1015 am, my car was finally being serviced. I watched the lane next to me advance while I sat and waited. A customer who arrived 20 minutes after me was able to leave 20 minutes BEFORE me. Very frustrating.

I brought a working car in for an oil change and engine air filter replacement. Shortly after leaving, my check engine light came on. My car did not feel like it was driving normally. I returned to the same location to have them take another look; the tech said that it was a minor issue with how the filter was installed, adjusted it, and cleared the code, telling me I was all set. My check engine light came back on a few minutes after leaving (while I was at the top of a highway on-ramp), forcing me to get off at the next exit and drive backroads to an actual, trusted mechanic to take a look and attempt to fix what your shop screwed up.
