Doing an oil change service, they refused to use my own oil and filter. More importantly, they added low quality wash fluid to my BMW, ended up my windshield washer spray was blocked when I was on highway and need to clean my windshield, very dangerous.

Seemed like a chaotic, understaffed garage on my most recent visit compared to other previous visits. Service took about 30 to 40 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Handed me back my credit card covered in motor oil. Handed me an oil change sticker also covered in motor oil. Lovely!
