The employees helped me with making my car last longer and feel safer. I also felt like after talking with them I fully understood what I was receiving and why. I also felt cared for as a person when they helped make sure I understood what deal I would get from my coupons vs my AAA discount and helped me understand I could only use 1 of them. Long story short they educated me on what was happening and why so I could make properly informed decisions and they were very nice.

The "15-minute oil change" took almost an hour. 2 cars that were behind me got serviced before me. I am in your computer, but the guy insisted on entery my VIN and kept getting it wrong. I asked for pricing on different levels of oil and I had to get a Manager to put it up on the screen. 2 of my tires on the same side were low. I was told that they didn't see any nails or obvious leaks, but they only looked at half of the tires and I had to ask them to look at the other half. Everything took too long. Your oil dispenser was not functioning and the manager had to go down below and fill up a jug to get the oil. Hopefully, it was the grade I paid for. Who knows? I paid for semi-synthetic, but the sticker shows the mileage for the next visit as if I got conventional. Horrible service.
