They broke my dipstick and dodged the blame (blamed whoever put it on last). I paid more for synthetic oil, which lasts 5000 miles, but they gave me a sticker that says to come back in 3000.

The technician who did my oil change was excellent. I have a Jeep Cherokee and many times when I have had oil changes done the techs wrestle with getting the oil filter out and replaced. The tech that did this oil change seemed like he had done it hundreds of times...no hesitation...no issues. He was efficient, fast, thorough, and very courteous and friendly. I'll go back next time to this location and hopefully will see him again!
