The only downfall was that I couldn't have my car inspected, though your staff told me about a nearby station that could help. That place was so busy there was nowhere to park, so I ended up back at Haskins.

I only really wanted an oil change, I understand that there's other stuff that included and I'm ok with that but no one explained what was included in the service - that is, what all they were checking and why. So it seemed like I was there a long time with no real indication of what was taking so long.

The employee who entered the information into the computer and got me started was satisfactory. Including her, there were 2 other employees standing at the front of my vehicle-all with Asst Manager on their name tag. Neither one did anything except vape. I never saw them top off my fluids not check my tire pressure. I asked the employee about it and she asked one of the vapers who indicated he did not check my tire pressure but he did top off. He was asked to do tires - which he did by just walking around the vehicle - never checking pressure - and again never saw the top off. One employee (Domenic?) was filling tires, checking oil, filling oil working away while the 3 servicing my car must have been on a social break because that's about all they did.
