The staff came out to greet me as I pulled into the location. They were very detailed and what was going to happen and walked me through the process as it was happening. In addition, they were willing to explain other options that the vehicle needed and I feel very satisfied upon leaving the location.

Omar and Pedro were both excellent and my oil change and tune-up was completed to my satisfaction. However, when the manager, Jess, installed my new battery I received very little communication and it took longer than the estimate. I saw her using tools to try to jam it into place. I should not have been surprised when 5 minutes after I left the Valvoline, my electrical system was malfunctioning. I could not open the trunk of my car or lock my doors without doing it manually from the inside of each door. When I returned, the manager never reappeared and I was trapped for approximately 1.5 hours waiting for the assistant manager to attempt to resolve the issue. I received no resolution. The assistant manager, Rob, was pretty pleasant but not super communicative. I kept having to ask what the status was. However, Rob provided me with the customer service information to use, which I appreciated. I will be following up once I get a quote from a full service place. However, this is the first even remotely negative experience I've had at a Valvoline. I will likely not return to this location, even for an oil change.
