I drove my 2013 Kia to Valvoline with a $10.00 off coupon which I presented to the person-- Joseph-- who greeted me expecting to use it. He offered me 3 varieties of oil-- 2000 mileage, 5000 mileage, 8000 mileage. Never said I could NOT use the $10 coupon. Never even offered pricing on any of the varieties and there was NO pricing posted. They put in the oil and then told me it was $80!! That's outrageous. I pointed out to Joseph, who was now working on another car, I presented the $10 coupon when I arrived and he neglected to discuss issues. "Oh..I forgot- my mistake" YET he didn't offer to correct HIS F/U! When I got home I re-read the invoice and looked @ mileage for next oil change. It was 56000+ miles. If I really got the 5000 mile brand, that should have been 58000. I called Valvoline (Riley) said.. "Oh Valvoline wants everyone to change their oil every 3000 miles". What you DO is NOT what you SAY! Totally unprofessional! I feel very ripped off and I am going to YELP this experience. Shame on you!
