Your price for an oil change and filter is on the high side given that even at some dealerships are offering $39.99 - $49.99 specials. Their regular price is $89.99 while Valvoline charged me $111.00 which included a $15.00 coupon which I had to ask for. Last time I visited Valvoline for this service it was $70. And please don't say it is because of the war with Iran. Dealerships can hold down their prices, why can't you? I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my next oil change.

Thanks for sharing. We're sorry about any upset regarding pricing, and we appreciate your feedback. We located your account history and found that this vehicle has only been to VIOC one time, so we didn't have a past invoice to compare pricing. We're always trying to improve to make our guest service better and more convenient, including finding ways to fit into your budget, so we'll be happy to share this with our marketing team. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Team, and one of our agents will be happy to help.
