I have come here a handful of times they are always so friendly, efficient and have left each time very pleased!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! Went here and they seemed to kinda know what they were doing. Better than jiffy who sprayed oil on my car and blamed the hose.....however. the check engine light went on after an oil change there. Now let me ask you, as someone who's driven a car for 30-40 years....does that sound fun? Who to ask, them? 0 responsibility, the dealer, hundreds of dollars. Why, because they didn't put the dipstick back in correctly.....this is an oil change place. There is one thing you should be able to do right, especially if it takes you 5 people to change my oil. You should be very embarrassed, and I will never ever go back here again. And trust me anyone gives a five star review...they are incentivised. Very few people get five stars. That's above and beyond and we are talking about changing the oil. A very simple task that cannot be done right at this location. I will also add they claim I can get in contact with them and they will help. This is absolutely not true, this is the path they use to tell you how it's not their fault. Corporate was extremely rude and unhelpful. I went back to the shop and they scanned it for me, were nice about it, and told me it's not their fault. The only reason they comment on my review it to make it looked like they tried to help, but the reality is if you want an oil change find a trusted mechanic and avoid this place. They have given me an unbelievable amount of trouble amd the least I can do is make sure it does not happen to anyone else. I feel incredibly sorry for anyone who is baited into any other service, these are not mechanics, and there is not one helpful person if you are in my situation. Avoid this place.
