Mu experimec was 48 minutes. The team was training someone on a busy Saturday. I had to step out of my car in line amd ask if I should be in another waiting line since the truck in the bay was there 20 mins. Then I waited additional 10 and then the staff completing oil change took exorbitant time. I spoke up several times and kudos to you that the team never apologized or accepted their inferior service. I and my 6 family members have been to this facility for years. New staff or something there and it was AWFUL. good luck You won't be seeing me again...plus 120 for the service rhat took almost an hour. Insulting
