They did not screw back the skid plate. It fell off my car as I was driving which was extremely dangerous. I had to pull over on a busy road with no shoulder and couldn't fix it myself. I had to bungee cord it, drive to a different location to get it fixed. I cannot stress how unsafe this was and the inconvenience and time wasted to get this fixed. I am asking for a full refund.
