Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Pretty fast and easy in a jamb when behind on (really) needing a change. Friendly staff that seem to work efficiently and organized, though did get quite a lot of offers on extras. Usually change my own, but I'd go here again if I found myself in the same spot, or feeling like just don't have to time or desire. Took away 1 star because thought it was a little overpriced for full synthetic, then given a schedule tag for 3,000 miles. The other brand of full synthetic I use myself (and most others) is good for 10-15,000 miles..at the least 5,000, so hopefully for that big price for 15 mins, I didn't receive some kind of lower grade full synthetic.

What truly sets this place apart is the transparency and excellent customer service. Before they even started, they confirmed the final price and provided a clear timeline. The technician was happy to answer my questions and even pointed out a minor issue I should keep an eye on, without trying to push an immediate, unnecessary repair. The waiting area was clean, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I left feeling confident in the service performed and genuinely valued as a customer. This is definitely my new go-to place, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and fast service!

Finally an easy oil change process! They were quick and very kind people. I also appreciate all the women who work here because it made me feel so much more comfortable. Most places theres all men and they “mansplain” all the stuff on your car that need work done. These people treated me like an ordinary human just coming in for an oil change. I will definitely will be going back for a tire rotation and a radiation drain next time too. They were so awesome! I wish i could give them 10 stars!
