After I left. I stopped at a store. When I turned the car in there was a loud fan noise and it would not shut off even after my car was shut off. My check engine light was on. This happened when I got home, and the next morning. I immediately brought it to the mechanic . He asked if my air filter had been taken off , which it had when I had your service. He explained that a sensor was not plugged back in causing the fan to run, even after my car was shut off.

The staff was friendly and professional. However, they never checked my tire pressure despite having stated that they had on my receipt. Nor did they top off the windshield washer fluid despite being checked off on my receipt. This is my first negative experience at this location.

They check the air in my tires which are fine when I came in, then I had to ask them to do it right cause they were all off according to sensor on my car. Then on the receipt it said they checked all this other stuff. My windshield fluid was and stillness bone dry, never checked. Airfilter never checked, cause I know it needs to be replaced and was gonna have them replace it. But again never checked at all. Then when I called to confirm why, the manager answered but before saying anything to me , (maybe not realizing I can hear him) says I'm disgruntled. Which I wasn't until I heard this say that. And then says a matt or Allen will take a chunk of my bill next time I'm in.

I had a coupon that I was told I couldn't use because my car was a nissan maxima. Then I was given two choices between $79 and $99 they told me I should go withe the better quality oil and then I was told my tires needed to be rotated for $49:99 they also said I needed a new air filter for $29.99 they changed the air filter and I asked for the old one and my husband was furious because I didn't need a new filter. I had called and asked him about the tire rotation and he said absolutely not, especially for that price. At the end of my service when a guy came over and reset my car to take oil change off my dash he said next time I come I may want to rotate my tires but they were fine now🤔This was my first time taking my car to Vavolvoline only because I had a coupon. I was very upset when I left because I felt they tried to up sell everything and took advantage that It was my first time. I had no idea what my car needed and I just assumed that Everyone was honest . My mistake😞
