Quincy

Not very pleased, I was guided into bay 2 behind a vehicle with extensive work, while bay 1 was empty. After waiting 10 minutes cars were guided into bay 1 and given immediate service while I'm still waiting. It was another 10 before I was asked to pull forward and serviced. I twice informed the tech not to check the air filter as it just replaced and they still went to unscrew the filter housing with a power drill and refasten the housing with the drill at a high speed which I was hoping to avoid as it can strip the threads on the plastic housing. I pulled in at 5:00 and pulled out at 5:42. More concerning was I was not informed they used suction to remove oil, rather than the normal process of removal of the oil plug to drain oil as all my prior visits. Given the amount of staff on duty someone could at least communicate to the customer what changes or services has been performed before they leave. Visit is just not up to my expectations as like past 30+ years at this location. As price has gone way up and services are cut back like vacuuming and cleaning windows. I can do without the light chack as it's a hassle to me and we do have yearly state inspections for these.

I can not say enough about Brendan at Quincy’s Center street location along with Matthew, DeAvaughn and 1 other person who’s name I can’t remember (sorry bout that) if I could give 10 stars a high 5 and a heel click it still wouldn’t be enough I was with my siblings sitting with my dad who was brought to a hospice facility in the Milton area yesterday afternoon after a brief 7 day illness (hug your loved ones 7 days from cancer diagnosis to hospice telling us he won’t survive the weekend) so in other words top 4th worst week of my adult life that being said I pull up to get an oil change cause my check engine light thought it was a fantastic day to make a guest appearance on my dashboard and I’m obviously a dumpster fire of a mess and doing anything to just keep it together Brendan and his crew made sure that everything was good even made me smile/laugh a smidge I briefly ran down my day and why I was pulling up there at almost 5:30 when they close at 6 (didn’t finish til after 6p) Brendan was absolutely amazing no pressure told him I just need an oil change and my check engine light cleared the compassion I was shown by these individuals was something and I couldn’t be more thankful y’all made sure that for those 37min I knew I was in good hands didn’t push any upsells on me (even though I did buy a filter..lol) they were honest, upfront, and looked at me face to face eye to eye when they talked to me Brendan your the GOAT thank you so much and seriously get over to bj’s cause the 42% off for 42 yrs of business is a solid deal lol thanks again to everyone !!!

Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly!
