The assistant manager, Nick, was very helpful and patient. I am a senior citizen and have poor hearing but he repeated his communication without being annoyed. Nick seemed to be very thorough and organized about the entire process.

I went in for an Oil change on 7/22/24. The next day while driving my son to camp my car started making a very loud scratch noise. I had to park and wait for somebody to check it out. I then went to the nearest gas station work station which told me my oil splash cover was not on and it was dragging on the ground. I connected I just got an oil change the morning before. I went back and they took it completely off but told me it was just an accessory. It was managed and not able to replace. They basically said oh it must have been missing a screw no problem and tossed it. I didn't evenBother to try and have them replace as the worker was not very knowledgeable anyway. Very disappointing as I had been many times to Burlington and North Reading locations without issue.

Greeted warmly upon arrival. Staff was Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. Was able to get an oil change, several lights were out that I was not aware of, which was pointed out and replaced. Fluids were inspected. I was advised of what I needed to do next but not pressured on the spot. I was thanked for my business and out of there in approximately 20 minutes. GREAT JOB!!!

There was a longer wait and a lot of people working on the car. Sometimes people didn’t know how to do things correctly. I was the only car there until another came. It took much longer than I had ever experienced at a different location. I had a busy day and when I got home I received a call that they forgot to put the access cover on my car and I had to go back. There was not one apology left on my voicemail. When I arrived I let the individual know that this was a huge inconvenience and if there was any way to compensate. I got nothing. I asked if there was something like a voucher or coupon to use on my next service due to the inconvenience and he told me to look online because he doesn’t have access to them. I thought this could’ve been handled differently. It was unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I will not be returning.
