Just had my service done in my work van and my company has an business account here I just came in for an oil change and these guys wanted to run up the bill and charge my company for stuff I didn’t need or ask for that kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
After talking to them they did talk me into getting an air filter and after I left I noticed my van was driving a lot didn’t it was wicked loud and was making a rumbling nose from the engine compartment after cross referencing the other new vans we have I noticed the didn’t put the air box back together right . Pretty upsetting seeing how they are supposed to double check everything before I left . If he couldn’t do it right he should’ve let me know or shouldn’t of tried to do it it is in a tight spot but that’s still not right I thought something major was wrong with my van until I got it reset by a reliable mechanic.
