I was quoted $225 for the battery I needed over the phone. Sales tax on top of the price of the battery. When I showed up after having the current battery nearly removed, I was told it was going to be $276! I couldu2019ve had it replaced at a local garage nearby for $255 all in. Feels like a bait and switch scenario and I will not bring my vehicles back to Valvoline. I asked the manager for a discount and she said she couldnu2019t. I asked for a free oil change for the next visit and handed me a $15 off coupon. Very unhappy with your company.
