The staff was knowledgable, polite and knew many aspects of automotive car. As an example I opened up my hood before I was asked and when I went to turn my wipers they did not work. The mechanic shut my hood and explained that Audis have that feature.

I needed a lot done to my vehicle. I had purchased two air filters online and asked them to install them. They said sullenly that each would be $10 extra to install. My cabin was filled with woodland debris…I give them credit for scraping all the tree nuts out, I requested an AC recharge. I had done this two years previous with them and it went smoothly. They asked me to pull out of the building and go to this tent outside for the AC . I was connected to their machine for 5 minutes and then was told the car would not accept the charge…then few minutes later he apologized said they ran out of ac coolant. What’s worse is this part: after leaving I noticed all hot air was blowing out while the AC was on..prior to this I had some cool AC air before going to Salisbury Valvoline. I went back about 40 minutes later and was greeted with annoyance. The bearded fellow looked dumbfounded and said “oh it must’ve used up all your coolant with the process”… I want a refund for what I went through or a gift certificate.
