Valvoline Instant Oil Change

After my 2008 Mercedes E350 was destroyed by failing to put the new oil into the engine by the previous tire/oil service dealer, my second family vehicle (we lease our second vehicle for reduced cost to repair and warranty any where in the USA) had its first oil change at the Chevrolet dealer, but I live 40 miles away. Doing shopping in Seekonk, Ma, I decided to try Jiffy Lube for oil change at the next interval. Right away I realized their professionalism and redundancy to insure that no failures happen. Adelino introduced himself as the lead person and as the process evolved, he introduced the other team members and their tasks/responsibility. Braulio, Brian, and Kinau rounded out the team. The most reassuring part was the double and triple checking on each process, all to verify oil, oil filter, air filter check, removal of used oil, radiator check with filling (extra), front and rear turn signals/ lighting / break lights / resetting of oil monitor, etc, etc. These workers were also so polite, professional, and had an emphasis on making the customer informed and reassured. Quality may cost a little more but the confidence it gives the customer that all thing are done to the high standards set by Jiffy Lube corporate and by a very competent work force has a result almost priceless: it's called "Peace of Mind!" Thank you!
