It was recommended that I get my cabin filter changed due to it not being changed in a couple years. Although I agreed to replace it the price was not mentioned and when I got the final bill I was very surprised that a small pleated filter that does not have anything to do with how your cars engine performs was soo expensive at $60.00. I will purchase and change my own filters going forward.

I had fluid leaking from the transmission due to the fact that one of the assistance at Valvoline failed to return the dipstick back to its proper position in the engine. It was missing, even when the assistant checked the transmission from the from the bottom, never from the top, he wouldu2019ve noticed that the dipstick wasnu2019t in. It was left there due to the oil change that we had three or four months ago thatu2019s how long it had been sitting just near the left windshield wiper. I found it because I wanted to check the level of the transmission fluid myself, and it was no dipstick. It was again underneath the left windshield wiper area. Should never happen. Iu2019ve been a regular customer at the Seekonk location for 35 years.
