service took long, clearly there was an issue and I kept asking about it .. at the end I was informed bottom of my oil pan was hit near the screw and if it is to be hit again the screw might fail/not seal ... checking throughout the weak i was noticing a small oil leak on the ground overnight ... I went to my mechanic to check it Sat. 8/17 and I got to see for my self that the oil pan was never hit or deformed anywhere but that the threads on the oil pan screw were stripped and can't be tightened ..... I had to replace the oil pan because of the ruined threads .... cost me $300

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, did a thorough check of my vehicle and pointed out that my rear wiper blade was broker and asked me if I need a replacement for which I happily said yes. Service was done in 15 minutes as promised and was to the perfection. I went for synthetic oil when asked and the staff explained the difference between normal and synthetic oil. I'm really happy to introduce my wife to Valvoline for her 2018 Nissan Sentra for her next oil change.
