Came here for an oil change and everything was great. Staff super helpful. And then immediately after driving off the lot I heard a clicking noise coming from my car. I got home and there was a large bolt sticking out of my tire. I filed a claim and talked to the owner expecting valvoline to cover the cost of a patch/new tire and he agreed only to not answer my message afterwards. I know that the bolt could have come from anywhere but I noticed the clicking as soon as I pulled off the lot. I understand it was just a mishap but probably won’t come back because of this experience.
