2024 bronco sport. the guy underneath didn't know how to remove brush guard to get to filter. I suspect he either over tightened or skipped brush guard screws. guy checking unscrewed boot from air filter top, and then couldn't get it back on. shouldn't have unscrewed it in the first place. to tech fails, poorly trained or inexperienced.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was only one car being serviced, and I noticed there were three different rows available for service. However, two employees seemed to ignore me completely while they were chatting with each other, and a third person later joined them without offering any assistance.I eventually pulled into the line to get my service done, but when my hood didnu2019t pop up easily, the employee told me he couldnu2019t help and asked me to leave. I left, parked in front of the store, and after a bit more effort on my part, I was able to open the hood. Once it was open, I returned to the store for service.Thankfully, another employee then helped me, and I appreciated that he was friendly, respectful, and professional. However, the earlier interaction left a negative impression. Itu2019s frustrating because I have been a loyal customer at this Valvoline location for the past four years, but during this visit, I felt like I wasnu2019t wanted there.I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience in the future.
