Very thorough. I usually go to the VOIC in West Bridgewater, MA. That location is terrible. This location in South Weymouth, MA was five star.Apparently- VIOC tracks the oil filter via a location code and employee initials, according to the manager. She informed me that the last oil filter installed had been at a VIOC location in Quincy, MA that I havenu2019t been to for many months.IMPORTANT: THE WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA LOCATION DOES NOT SEEM TO INSTALL A NEW OIL FILTER AS PART OF THEIR SERVICE.
