All very friendly and reassuring of their service, I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to purchase things he just went over the checklist and I ended up replacing filters that the dealer probably should have a few months ago! My oil change was done quickly and while I expect the price to be moderately high (I have a V8 Silverado that requires 8 quarts of synthetic) I was pleased to be offered a first time visit coupon that took away some of the sting. In addition, while I was notified about many other types of services I did not feel like I was being pressured or shamed into purchasing anything. This makes me comfortable recommending Valvoline to my three daughters.
