My hood was stuck and wouldn't pop open at first. They guys kept working on it and eventually got it open. The person who communicated with me most even asked them, after they were done with everything else, if there was anything they could do to make it easier to open for me. Even though there's not much that can be done, I thought that was thoughtful, and I appreciated it.

After the oil change, I turned my car on and the tire pressure warning light was on. This was not on prior. I mentioned this to the tech so they could check it. They immediately did that. My issue was with the tech because when I mentioned it he said we don't have anything to do with that you need to go to a tire place and have them check the sensor. I said didn't you just put air in? It wasn't on before that. And he said we'll I didn't see that so I don't know if it was on or not.Why would I make that up? I got angry as he was talking loud enough from people around me to hear that he was insinuating I made this up. That infuriates me. Someone else came over who was extremely professional but by this time I was so angry because the tech who initially said it is not arguing with me that he didn't say that. So then I was MORE angry, because again, why would I have been mad then? I didn't get mad for no reason.
