I just sat for 40 minutes. Didn’t even get into a bay gave up and left. So much for 15 minute oil changes.

I’ve have been going here for my company vehicle for over 3 years , in the 2025 year every visit the vehicle is miraculously out of oil during every visit, I let it slide the first time, next oil change I went next door to the gas station and checked the oil myself, oil is in normal oil range , go next door to valvoline for the oil change, manger comes up and says we’er letting the car cool down ect, what can we do , I ask for an oil change, I unlatch the hood, 2-3 mins later he goes and comes back with the dip stick dry and no oil, apparently while he’s talking to me the guys down below drained the oil, all the while he’s lying to me about the vehicle not having oil, mind you I checked beforehand. He continued to do this every visit to insist the vehicle needed work, I ruled out the variable and the manager lied , flat out, that’s unacceptable and poor customer service , we’ll see how the owner responds to this post , what excuse he has, also I’ve gone to a ford dealer for the oil changes after the third false valvoline oil change, guess what ford says the vehicle doesn’t loose any oil , this place is a scam, steer clear, how is you lie after I checked it moments before at gas station across the street, place of business needs to be looked into ,
