everything was done great except the manager didn't say hello and tech didn't know what PSI for my SUV to set so guess not good had to tell where to find the psi label on gas door also had to wait almost 30 mins for a bay number shouldn't have to pay EXTRA BECUASE YOUR CAR ENGINE REQUIRES MORE OIL CORP NEEDS TO REMOVE THE EXTRA OIL CHARGE NOT FAIR but other then that was great location

I was waiting in line for a long time, which is OK and it happens during busy periods. But other cars arrived after me and they kept rearranging us, so that several cars who arrived after me were serviced first. I explained that I got here first and they just brushed me off. Also, there were no checks for headlight bulbs or anything like that.

The gentleman who was entering my information into the computer either Didn't realize that he clicked all-wheel drive when he selected that option in the menu. My Van is a front wheel drive only. And either he made an honest mistake Or he was trying to upcharge me for 4 wheel drive transmission and axle service, when I only have a front wheel drive van. I don't know too many all wheel drive mini vans if any at all!
