As a loyal customer to another Valvoline location for years, I decided to try this new one out. I was let in upon arrival and told I didn’t even have to leave the car! Jeffrey was so polite and kind, asking me how my day was and getting the information needed to begin the process. Everyone was efficient and checked areas that needed to be filled or replaced. Jeffrey asked if I could pop open my console to check my cabin filter. To my surprise this was absolutely filthy! After years of being a customer at the other location, I am Confident this was never looked at or changed. I have a young child and we spend a lot of time driving to and from activities, and to know this was effecting our health is absolutely devastating to me. I am So thankful that Jeffrey took the time to look at the filter and let me know it needed to be replaced. The staff changed what used to be an annoyance to a busy single Mom like me to a reassuring process knowing they have my best interest at heart, not just my wallet. The entire experience was so uplifting due to Jeffrey and Joshua’s kind spirit and professionalism. Even with the added benefits of a free car wash with your oil change at the other location, I will be a reoccurring customer here at this new location, and this is solely based on the excellent customer service provided. Thank you.

Was skeptical at first but it was professional, quick, and most importantly they dont push anything on you here. Very laid back.
Also topped my fluids and did my tire pressure... 10/10
Jennifer was professional and so was the entire team. Will be back for sure
