Shadier than Slim. DON'T Fall for the $25 OFF COUPON you got in the mail! GO TO SOUTHWICK VALVOLINE! They are actually Pros. These young Westfield cats force you to sit in your vehicle the entire time. They say it's so you can see the work they are doing, but, um, I couldn't see a thing they were doing under my truck because THEY WOULDN'T LET ME GET OUT OF MY TRUCK!... except when I had to squeeze my way out and open the hood to my truck for them. Seriously, these 3 guys couldn't figure out how to open my hood. I literally had to open it for them and show them how. Then I was quickly ushered back into my truck so I couldn't see what was going on under my truck. Here's the hustle...What they do is they park you right next to their computer, in the garage, which is basically their cash register. It was also weird driving over the gap in the ground. They then try and sell you everything and anything they can, until your oil change is done, which took a very long 45 minutes. I was the only one there and I now realize why. Shady City!!! Here's the game they run: They'll ask you, "Need some new wipers? Yours look pretty old. We got those. $16." But then you get charged $32. Woops. Forgot to mention $16 a piece. Um no thank you Mr. Shady. "But wait, look at this. Oh, check out how dirty your air filter is! It's sooo bad. But guess what? We sell those too! For only twice the price as AAP does right next door! And we put it in for you!!!! What do you say???" Um, no thank you Slim, I'm good. Then they yell, "O.L.! O.L! O.L!" That's when they informed me I had an Oil Leak. But not to worry! They fix those too!!!! But I'm confused, Marshall. There's no oil stains in my garage or on my driveway? There's no oil stains at my parking spot where I work? Are you sure I've got a leak Slim? "Yes sir you certainly do!" Moe Larry and Curly tried to be super convincing. But Here's the worst part....upon immediately leaving the Westfield VALVOLINE Garage, I noticed a maddening pesky rattle coming from, you guessed it, the front of my truck where the oil pan is located. I got the $25 off oil change coupon in the mail, and thought, what the heck? Looking back, you could not pay me $2,500 to go back to Westfield Valvoline. The SOUTHWICK VALVOLINE Coupon I got in the mail last year was amazing. A full Synthetic oil change only cost me $88, after the coupon discount, which was about $25 more than I paid doing it myself, buying the filter and synthetic oil from AutoZone. But I could actually get out of my truck in SOUTHWICK. I could actually watch the work, but didn't feel I needed to. The coffee options in the SOUTHWICK office were amazing! And the coupon came with a free $30 car wash, which is attached to the garage. And they also had free vacuums! Southwick Valvoline Coupon = 1,000,000% Aura!
