Manager Lisa is running this location as it should be run. Previously I stopped going to this location because it literally became a disaster. Previously my shield was not properly secured under my SUV and started dragging. I had to go back and have it secured properly. The entire staff now is amazing. They are all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Lisa rechecked my vehicle to reassure me everything was done correctly. She and staff understood my concerns from previous visits. With Lisa and her current staff I feel confident to continue going to this location. Thank you

Inexperienced help. The guy Sam trying to tell me my Car didn't take conventional oil. Which it does. Young kid refilled oil without the drain plug in ,wasted 6 quarts of oil. Kid under car took forever to get plastic cover reinstalled and sounded like he was stripping fasteners. Question it with no response. Whoever trains these new hires. Must just be as bad.

I didn't realize the location closed at 5 (on Sunday) until it was 4:15 and I realized I hadn't gotten my oil done. I pulled in at maybe 4:30 or 4:35 and the gentlemen were welcoming and happy to see me and very quick. I didn't expect this, honestly, because who wants to welcome new customers 25 minutes before having to close up? They were wonderful and happy to be working and happy to be helping me. This location is in my neighborhood, and I like that sort of positivity in businesses in my neighborhood. I will always continue to recommend this location to everyone I know.
