As always, right on time to open up at 7 am, and waving hello as I am guided in to Valvoline! Put my window down and Ian the manager greeted me with great to see you, and how is everything? Great, good to see you, I need an oil change, and low tire pressure! Checked out underneath the hood , and noticed my battery is only 345 / 650, Yes, please replace as it is over3 years old! Thank goodness he checked everything!!Added windshield wash fluid, added air to tires! Good to go, BUT SEE YOU SOON!They are friendly, and efficient, therefore I do tip them!

I usualy go to the Norwell/Hanover store where Pam takes care of everything. I asked the attendant to set the tire pressure at 32 and he said i"instead of the normal 35" ? I did not realize he was a tire expert ? The other gentleman came over to assist and gladly did as requested ! The greeter did a great job as di the girl down below (Danielle ? )I forgot to give him my 20% off coupon and hesitate to return after my visit to get me discount. I said to the greeter "What happened to $19.95" as the bill WAS ALMOST EIGHTY DOLLARS !!!!!!!! eighty DOLLARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
