This Valvoline has a knowledgeable staff who work efficiently and are happy to help. They aren't pushy but they will explain if your car is due or overdue or coming due for additional services and will explain what those services are and how they help your car (if you're not a car person). On top of that, they seem to have a really good report with one another, and you can really feel the energy from the team. This is a good mix of staff and whatever the manager has done here is working.

Each time I go here, they do a good job not only with the oil change, but any other things that need done. I thought I might need a new air filter, but it was not necessary after they determined a new one wasn't actually needed. Other places would say otherwise to make extra money out of the customer. I will continue to go here for all future oil changes as long as I still have this car or any other car.
