I waited the longest I ever had to get my car serviced once in the bay (over 20 min). I usyalky see several employees working but i counted 3 and it was busy.I usually love the staff but this visit wasn't what I'm used to

I sat inside the bay for over and hour waiting for service. They did not even realize they forgot to put oil in my car. One girl just stood there and did absolutely nothing. Such horrible service.

The oil for my vehicle had not been delivered to the store. I had to go next door to an auto parts store where I probably paid more for the oil than I would have at your location. The charge to add the oil and change the filter seemed high for the time and effort it took.

Services noted on the receipt were not performed. Tire pressure never checked, washer fluid stated filled it was not filled !! After draining oil from the vehicle I was told they didn’t have synthetic oil to replaced what was drained and needed to go to another location and get some. 1 hr later the oil was brought back. No compensation for my time, and the lack of preparedness to service my vehicle was not up to the standards that I have been accustomed to in my several previous visitors. Not a great visit and not a very well managed day by whoever is running the location and stocking materials needed to wait on customers.
