I've gone to this location regularly for oil changes and never had an issue. Today I came in with some oil issues. Joe was able to assist me and went above what I'd expect to try to help me out and I think he got me all fixed up.

Worst service. I highly recommend you do not take your car here for any services. The reps who worked on my vehicle damaged my vehicle. The reservoir cap was cracked causing more damage to the car. I was unable to drive my car. I had to get the car towed and serviced. I had to pay out of pocket in full. Not only was my vehicle damaged, I am still chasing a refund check from Vavoline from this incident in October. The customer service team has sent me in circles. It has been a nightmare dealing with Vavoline. Whoever is in charge needs to do better. I am highly disappointed in the whole company.

I’ve owned 3 Toyotas. Each went for 200k miles. I asked for conventional oil as I always do from valvoline at multiple locations. . This location refused me service. I guess I’ll just to to their Stoneham location where they honor the customer wishes. Thanks for wasting my time Woburn and refusing my request so you can upcharge me for your expensive fancy oil that I don’t need
