I apologize if it seems that I have given all positive responses, however, the team was exceptional and quite candidly exceeded my expectations for the kindness and friendliness one would expect while getting an oil change. The only real issue I would have is with Valvoline in general, as I find your prices are a little higher then I would expect. Specifically while much more reasonable than the dealership you border on a price just below what would motivate me to do it myself

We were in and out very quickly, and they actually had tested my battery, and it was pretty much almost dead, which would answer the question of why my car has been stalling a lot as I come to a red light I believe that was the reason because I couldn’t figure out anything else that was wrong …based on my mechanic running the codes etc.
