Worst experience ever they damage my oil pan did not say anything did a claim and they stated that they would not cover any damages due to them not knowing if the drain plug was over tighten prior to my visit but when I went back so they can check it cause my vehicle was leaking oil and was marking on dash that my oil was low and to top it off the guys said your drain plug is loose so the re did a oil change and when they removed the drain plug it was strip to the point the he took out the plug with the tread attached to the plug and still with or off the would not do anything very disturbing and disappointing and would never go again and would tell everyone I know to avoid grafton st location Worcester now I have my car that I just got from the dealer shit few months ago with a bad oil pan and this car was in emasculate condition till they put hands on my car. No compensation of any kind was offer and the manager was rude and after several attempts to contact him like over a week customers care gets in contact with him on a 3 way and he hangs up the phone so another 2 days to get a hold of him and. I thing was fix very unprofessional from his part and the store and deff needs to be train on how to give proper customer service and manners Left a pic of the tread so people can see how tight they did it that literally the tread came out hole and still with the evidence and the staff confirming the issues they still brush it off
